About Me

I am a fully licenced, insured, degree-trained Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist and member of the British Acupuncture Council.

I am a passionate and intuitive practitioner with a meticulous eye for detail. My practice is guided by scientific research, in tune with nature and underpinned by values distilled from my experience of different cultures, belief systems and ways of practice.

I graduated from the University of Lincoln in 2018 with a First Class Honours degree in Acupuncture. I have since worked around the UK and overseas in private clinics, health spas and with NGOs. In 2019 a life-changing 3-month Acupuncture internship in Nepal with the Acupuncture Relief Project challenged and deepened my practice as I worked with many and complex medical cases in a remote, rural part of a developing country.

During a brief hiatus in practice my love for learning and the natural world fused and I completed a master’s degree in Ecology and Conservation at the University of Aberdeen in 2021. Yet my inner calling to help and heal drew me back to practice once again.

When not working I can often be found in nature, hiking and hill walking round the UK and immersed in cultures around the world with my Scottish-Colombian husband.

BSc (Hons), MSc, MBAcC
